Chuck`s Sandwich Shop in Beaumont

Nice location downtown. Friendly staff. Prices are fair. Probably could stand for a larger building bc it was very full during lunch hour. Shrimp poboy was really good. Fries were fresh -no seasoning so I added my own, no big deal. I would eat here again.

BEST lunch/breakfast spot in Beaumont, hands down. The fried chicken baked potato is my favorite, but their burgers are a close second. Also can’t go wrong with the patty melt.

They are quite often, very busy, and for good reason. I work nearby, and my wife and I try to have lunch together at least once a week. I have never had anything here that wasn't delicious. I am now hooked on the patty melts. If you are in the downtown area, I highly recommend giving chucks a try.

I am a Beaumont native. Little did I know this piece of sunshine was only 2 blocks from my office. I meandered over, with a tip from a co-worker. Only to find out, not only have they been there 20 years, but my family and friends frequent the place. The food is amazing! Always something new in the kitchen from the mad chefs that run the show. Bread, fries, and beef are the best I have had in many years. Service is a smile and a "thank you, honey". Everytime. Go here, enjoy, and come back!

This place has been in business for a long time and it has great food. The food is like home cooking. The place is pretty small and normally crowded for lunch but sure worth it.

I was looking for a fast place to eat in downtown Beaumont and I found Chuck's by searching restaurants on my Google maps. The patty melt is great! If everything else is as good, this place is awesome! They are very friendly and customer service oriented.

Baked potato chicken tenders gravy and cheese is fantastic. I call it a heart attack. Very good food at a great price quick friendly service I highly recommend this place.

Plain very pricey.. 22 dollars for a soggy beef sandwich and a taco salad, barely seasoned... But the employees are wonderful

Taco salad was bland. Roast beef sandwich was covered with packaged gravy and the bread was gross and soggy. I didn't even eat my food. Wasted my money and ruined my lunch.

Chuck's is the best downtown stop for a quick lunch. Service is always fast and friendly. I usually opt for a burger or baked potato and you can't go wrong with either.

Ok so my opinion may be jaded by the fact that I've been going here for 25 years now but in all that time I have never found anything on the menu that was not to my liking. Everything is spot on delicious and the service from the entire team there is always friendly. You won't be disappointed.

A little gem of a sandwich shop. You can get burgers, blts, chicken strip baskets, you name it. They even have some delectable chocolate cake. It's only open from 11 to 2pm mon through Fri but if you're ever in downtown Beaumont you should give this place a try. Very good

Greasy place and great folks. I asked for an egg salad sandwich that's NOT on the menu and they without hesitation made new two. great place down to earth family owned. Will come again.

I just did a negative review last week about Green Light Kitchen that is about 2 blocks away from here last week. Chuck’s is a million times better and way better priced! I had the roast beef sandwich, PERFECT for a cold day! It was DELICIOUS! I will say I feel like the onion rings were over priced for the amount I got. $4 for like 6 onion rings, but I did get to-go, so they may have just not been able to put the usual amount in my to-go box. However, the taste of that sandwich made up for it. Making the customer feel important is something very crucial I need to feel when I review restaurants. Every employee there made me feel like they would go out of their ways to get me whatever I needed. There was one employee whom it seemed like his only job was customer service. He stood next to the trash can and threw stuff away for people. If he saw that you needed something, he would go get it for you. Great job, Chuck’s all around!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be coming back soon!

One of the best places to go for lunch downtown. I just wish they were open a little later.

Chucks is near to my job ; eat it at least once a week. The lady at the register already knows my order, and rings it up before I even get to the counter ( I get the same thing, every time ). Great service, great location, great people.

Chuck's is amazing if you live or work in downtown Beaumont. Their burger, sandwiches, and desserts are amazing and served with a smile! This family run restaurant knows how to spoil it's customers.

I have never eaten here but my husband has brought home the chocolate cake. He actually got me a whole cake on my 50th birthday. This is hands down, absolutely the best cake of any kind I have ever had in my life! The frosting is unbelievable!

Chucks is a good sandwich shop if you're looking for a quick (30-40min) lunch with friends. The space is pretty small, hard to sit a group >6people. I would say that they don't have the healthiest options, so if you're looking for a healthy lunch this may not be best. Their sandwiches are delicious and the staff are friendly and always very helpful!

There was a line to the door when I entered, but the cashier was experienced and quickly tended to us all. I ordered the Shrimp Po-boy with fries and a drink, I wasn't very impressed by the fries and yet the po-boy was wonderful. I was however disappointed by the the fact that the biggest cup size they had was 20oz, I'd have gladly paided for a bigger cup. I'd certainly recommend the samwhiches to a friend!

The food was good. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very crowded at 11:30 on a Friday, so appears to be popular with the downtown work crowd.

Found myself here for the first time due to jury duty. The service was fast and the food fresh and delicious. Waiter, Corey was exceptionally attentive.

Chuck's is a great place to grab breakfast and lunch, everything on the menu is fantastic! Staff is great and really care about service. The inside is a bit small, so seating is a bit of an issue during the lunch rush
